Also, you should read the rules, and actually talk about how you made your submission in the author comments. "Hope you enjoy", "My first song", "No comment", or any such variation is infuriating if we need to check out if you're legit.

In other words: Be creative, original, and don't be too lazy to read. Text is often important. THANKS.

It has been over two years ince I last completed a full trance track (that was "Angel's lover', if you care), and now I finally managed to get another one done again.

So far, I have 10/10 tracks done (will be updated as I go), and I don't have an idea for the album title yet.

It's a nice long piece of soothing synthwork, dreamy vocals, and sweet guitar.

It's a wonderful mixture of ambient with shoegaze influences.
Dreamy guitars, soothing warm synthetic sounds, light drum machine percussion; a perfect album to relax with and have it take you drifting into space, or something like that.

SineRider - We Never Left the Ground

Sooo, I'm an audio moderator now.

I guess that means I get to help you guys out with stuff. If you have any questions regarding your unapproved audio, feel free to ask.

This beast has been in development since August 2009 now.

The Audio Portal is my website I've been making. My secret project for all that time, and it's now released to the public.

Basically, it's... you guess it, and Audio portal. The system is bit a different from NG's; users get awarded for helping, not randomly voting whatever on some submissions everyday.

On TAP, users get awarded for writing reviews. They get a penalty for writing abusive reviews, which encourages writing helpful review, which in its turn helps artists improve their work.

The site isn't quite ready yet, but the submitting and reviewing system is up and running.
You can obviously read more on the site itself.

Please note: I'm not trying to keep people away from Newgrounds in any way, but I observed that lots of people were complaining about Newgrounds' audio portal, and they didn't get response from the staff. That's why I decided to have a go at it myself, a site centered around music.

I want to thank all those that have supported me while I was developing it, I wouldn't have made it this far without you. You know who you are people.

Welcome to Mich's guide to Newgrounds Audio!

This is a project I've been working on for a while, in order to create a structured guide to the audio sections of Newgrounds. It's divided in 6 articles.

An article that tells you all you need to know in order to get your music on the audio portal.

A guide that hopefully answers all your questions concerning the rules for submitting audio to Newgrounds.

Tips on how to get exposure for your audio work. Explanation of the zerovoting problem. Tips on reviewing, and improving your music.
