Fancy long exposure photos in the fog

Posted by Mich - January 25th, 2017

I used to regularly post photos I took here, but then I kind of neglected that hobby. A couple of days ago I woke up and saw it was very foggy out, so I immediately went and took the camera for a walk to take these at a nearby junction.

You can click each of them to see the full resolution (6000x4000) on imgur. Here's the album on imgur with 2 more pictures.

Neat.

Thanks :)

These make splendid desktop wallpapers. If anyone ever asks who did these I'll say "a legend." It's not gonna happen though. I don't have any friends.

Hey Quarl, who took the photo for your desktop wallpaper?

A legend.

rad stuff mich, new desktop backgrounds for me!

Sweet! :) Thanks dude.

Well done! They are all works of art.

Thank you!

v pretty. Big enough to be multi-screen wallpapers too which is nice

This is pretty awesome. What kind of camera do you use?

Thanks! I use a Nikon D5300, here with the standard 18-55 lens.

I hope you're putting these on ShutterStock. They're rad and you deserve to at least make something off of them. Maybe upload them to YT as photography slideshows, sell them on DA as prints. Good stuff.

robert webb approval

Thanks; it's actually a bit of a parody of someone else's signature (wonder if they'll ever notice it). That aside I really like Robert Webb.

it's based on TOAS' David Mitchell sig right?

You got it.

Is there anything about using these in music cover art?

Go right ahead, but please put in some credit. :)
